Chip Toews - Head Pastor & Elder
Chip is the founding pastor of New Covenant Christian Church. He and his wife, Becky have been married for 50 years and have been involved in ministry most of that time. They studied under Francis Schaeffer at L’Abri in Switzerland. It was at that time they felt the call to be planted in the Lancaster area and have served there since. The Toews have two grown children and three grandsons.
Gary Schmidt - Elder
Gary is one of the founding members of New Covenant Christian Church. He and his wife, Terry have been married over 55 years and have been Serving at NCCC over 35 years. They have served on short term mission trips to Mexico, Peru, Haiti and Nicaragua. The Schmidt’s have two grown children and a grandson living in the area.
Josh Mellott - Elder
Joshua and Amber Mellott live in Mount Joy with their three children. They homeschool and own a small cut flower farm. Joshua and Amber have been attending NCCC for over a decade.
